We want to use the world as a means to express our creativity and test the boundaries of β€œthe art experience.” From the streets to galleries, NEAP wants to express art through any and all means to create an environment open for communication, collaboration, and exploration.

NEAP - Founded by Ryan Hnat in 2018, focuses on creating murals and street art in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He openly seeks more artistic opportunities for mural work and has closely collaborates with Eric Bussart and Zach Yahn on many projects. Hnat believes collaboration is the key in developing greater opportunities through the arts. He has worked with Marywood University, Neil Armstrong Elementary, Lackawanna County Government, First Friday of Scranton, Lackawanna Heritage Valley Association, Food and Fire Montage, and others in developing artistic projects.

He presently works as a K-5 Art Educator at Neil Armstrong Elementary in Scranton, PA, co-owner with his wife of Electric City Escape Rooms, and owner of Hnat Designs DBA Northeast Art Project.
